Responsibility of the Principal Employer:- Registration & license under Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act
- Payment of minimum wages to contract laborers
- Maintaining records, registers, forms & notice under various legislations
- Remittances of ESI, EPF & LWF contributions for contract laborers
- Time office will be managed by Shri HR Solutions
- Registration Certificate (RC) will be obtained (including applicable Contractor)
- License will be taken for each applicable Contractor wise
- Ensures minimum wages payment through Principal Employer's sub code / Contractor's code
- Coordination of benefits under EPF, ESI, LWF & WC for CL
